Sixth Form College Leader
We are seeking to appoint a committed, driven and inspiring Sixth Form College Leader to join our school to support effective and efficient learning, teaching, and student progress for students in our Sixth Form.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.K.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Principal for Sixth Form, you will work within Aston University Sixth Form to address the needs of all our students to ensure maximum potential is achieved in their choice of sixth form programme. You will work closely with the Assistant Principal for Sixth Form in tracking student achievement and attainment and will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills to allow effective support to be provided to students as appropriate. This will involve working closely with the Academy leadership team, other support staff, the AUEA Learning Support Centre, and a range of external support agencies as required.
