Customer Service Advisor (Ongoing)

Location:Swadlincote / Church Gresley
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid break)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced Collections Team based in Church Gresley. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
* Acting as the main point of contact for external hauliers experiencing collection issues on customer sites
* Handling challenging situations confidently while ensuring excellent customer service
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, escalations, and process updates
* Providing accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures
* Gathering customer feedback to support service improvement
* Working closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues
Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Confident and professional telephone manner
