Abtus Limited are based in Haverhill, Suffolk and design, manufacture, test, calibrate and service a range of electro mechanical products for the National and International Marine and Railway sectors.
Due to ongoing high demand we are looking to increase our CNC machining capacity by recruiting either an experienced CNC mill or CNC lathe setter/operator.
Applicants will ideally possess the following skills/experience:
* Experience of an Engineering workshop operating CNC Lathes/Mills is essential.
* Experience of operating Haas, Mori Seiki or Colchester machines would be of distinct benefit
* Experience of Fusion 360 or other CAM packages not essential, but of interest
* Capable of reading engineering drawings
* Capable of using hand measurement tools such as micrometers and vernier calipers
The role will be based at our site in Haverhill operating Monday - Friday dayshift hours only and the role would fall into our standard factory hours of 8am - 5pm Mon - Thurs, 8am - 1pm Fri.

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
