My client is looking for an experienced and professional Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential buildings in the North West London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and residents, ensuring properties are impeccably maintained, compliant, and financially well-managed.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, directors, and stakeholders.\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections to ensure presentation and maintenance standards are of the highest calibre.\n\n * \n\n Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee year-end accounts.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate planned preventative maintenance schedules and oversee major works projects, including Section 20 consultations.\n\n * \n\n Manage contractor performance, tender processes, and compliance documentation.\n\n * \n\n Ensure health & safety, fire risk, and other statutory requirements are fully met.\n\n * \n\n Chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and residents’ meetings, presenting reports and updates in a professional manner.\n\n * \n\n Handle lease breach matters sensitively and in accordance with relevant legislation.\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records and property management systems.\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Block Manager, ideall...
