About the Role
Working at the heart of the business, the
Sales & Finance Administrator
ensures smooth coordination between sales and finance. Youll take ownership of producing, issuing, and following up on customer quotations, maintaining accurate records, managing customer accounts, and supporting both managers with administrative efficiency and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Raise, issue, and follow up on customer quotations in a timely and professional manner
Process and manage customer sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Provide administrative support to both the Sales Manager and Finance Manager
Assist with credit control
managing account queries, updating payment records, and supporting invoice follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer and order data
Prepare internal reports and documentation for both commercial and finance teams
Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer correspondence
Support light marketing, document control, and other administrative tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
Proven administration experience, ideally within a sales or finance-related environment
Experience in raising and chasing customer quotes or managing sales documentation
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience using CRM or ERP systems (advantageous but not essential)
Positive, proactive attitude with strong team spirit
