Join Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion & Home section in Workington. You’ll champion stylish products and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation.
Work pattern
Sunday: 09:00-18:00
Saturday: 11:00-20:00
Note: Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, promotions and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
* Work flexibly across various areas of the store to adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications and requirements
Open to entry level; part-time employment. Willingness to work across shifts and locations as needed.
