The Role:
As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll join a dynamic, target‑driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. With ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression paths, we’re committed to helping you succeed and grow – with top performers earning over £60,000 OTE in succession roles!
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Resilience and ability to handle challenging conversations
* Self‑motivated, with excellent time management and organisation skills
* Target and results driven
* Experience in a Call Centre or Sales role is desirable.
* Experience of a target‑driven role or negotiating finances is also desirable.
What We Offer (N.B. Permanent Staff):
* Competitive salary - £24,050 basic salary per annum
* Commission – Monthly uncapped performance‑related bonuses with potential to earn OTE £30,000+
* Flexible Working – 37 hours per week (over five days). 2 set shifts on a weekly rotation (8:00 to 16:30 or 10:30 to 19:00) with an early finish on Fridays. 1 in 4 contractual weekend shifts paid as overtime – Saturday shift 9:00 – 14:00pm.
