Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Prior office administration experience is a plus but not required.
Hourly rate: £12.21/h
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8am - 4pm
