Production Operator BRC Reinforcements Newport Entry Skilled Rate £26,090 per annum plus £4,696 shift allowance equates to £30,786 4 Day Week, rotating shifts of Mornings, Afternoons and Nights Week 1 Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm Week 2 Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-8pm, Friday 7am-5pm Week 3 Monday-Thursday, 8pm-6am As a Production Operative, you will play a vital part in our production process. Youll be operating all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment to undertake tasks safely and accordance with instructions. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture any faulty products. Ideally, youll come from a production background because you will be operating a production line, but whats most important to us is that you know how to follow strict safety procedures.
