What You’ll Be Doing:
* ✅ Providing first‑line technical support to internal users across the business
* ✅ Diagnosing & troubleshooting IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing system (handling 10‑40 tickets a day)
* ✅ Managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange, including new user setups
* ✅ Supporting Windows and iPhone users, plus mobile device management (MDM)
* ✅ Assisting with Meraki networking, hybrid domain management, and on‑prem/cloud environments
* ✅ Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects and learning as you go
What We’re Looking For:
* IT Support Experience – Ideally 1st Line, but 2nd Line knowledge is a bonus
* Customer Service Focus – If you’re great with people, we’ll help you with the tech!
* Tech Enthusiast – Logical problem solver, loves troubleshooting, and enjoys learning
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and Meraki is a big plus
* Google it & Figure it Out Mentality – We don’t throw people in at the deep end… but sometimes it happens!
The Details:
* 💰 Salary: Up to £32 K with German skills
* 📍 Location: Hybrid working
* 📅 On‑Call: Potentially, based on performance (Small rota)
* 🎯 Bonus: Performance‑based, typically after 12 months
* 🛠 Training: On‑the‑job & support from the Infrastructure team
