Location: Warrington (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Type: Full-time


We’re looking for a Creative Content Lead who understands that great content isn’t just about how it looks—it’s about how it performs.


At SocialTap, content sits at the centre of everything we do across paid social. This role is about creating content that doesn’t just get attention, but drives measurable results—leads, sales, and revenue.


You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and iterating content across multiple client accounts, working closely with our paid media team to ensure every piece of creative has a clear purpose and performance goal.


This is an end-to-end role, but with a strong emphasis on ideas, strategy, and performance—not just execution.



Key Responsibilities



Creative Strategy


* Develop content ideas based on hooks, messaging, and audience psychology
* Build and contribute to creative testing plans across campaigns
* Create content aligned to different stages of the funnel (awareness → conversion)
* Ensure every piece of content has a clear objective and reason to exist




Content Creation & Production


* Own the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming, and editing
* Produce high-performing, platform-native content across:
* TikTok
* Instagram Reels
* Facebook
* Create both UGC-style and brand-led content
* Ensure content aligns with client goals and brand guidelines




Performance & Iteration


* Work closely with the paid media team to understand performance
* Analyse what’s working (and what isn’t) and iterate quickly
* Continuously refine hooks, formats, and messaging
* Contribute new ideas based on data, not guesswork




Trend & Platform Awareness


* Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and cultural moments
* Identify opportunities to apply trends in a commercially effective way
* Balance trend-led content with brand consistency




On-Site Content & Events


* Attend client sites, events, and launches to capture content
* Produce reactive, high-quality assets in fast-paced environments




Workflow & Asset Management


* Maintain organised file structures and asset libraries
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Ensure smooth collaboration across creative and paid teams




Skills & Experience



Essential


* Experience creating content for paid social campaigns
* Strong understanding of performance-driven content (hooks, retention, conversions)
* Proven ability to generate ideas—not just execute them
* Confident filming and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment




Desirable


* Experience with motion graphics or After Effects
* Experience working across multiple brands or industries
* Basic understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR)

• Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
