Job Description Eventor are currently seeking multiple Event Crew (LGV CE Drivers) to support our Formula 1 Customers operating out of our Warrington & Rugby sites. As Event Crew, you would be part of our dynamic team working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. The role involves travel and teamwork, setting up and taking down customer structures at various events, including high-profile motorsport including Formula 1. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive and safety-conscious individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent team collaboration skills, and a passion for motorsport and events. Flexibility and a willingness to work in demanding, time -sensitive environments are essential. Shifts A variety of shifts are required during the season* for this role. Out of season Shifts are predominantly Monday-Friday Days. *There is a mandatory requirement of this role to work away from home for up to 14 weeks at a time. This will be from but not limited to: 1st May to Mid-September annually. Key Responsibilities & Expectations Pre/Post Event Setup & Takedown Work as part of a team to set up and dismantle customer structures at multiple events, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to strict deadlines. This includes lifting, carrying, and assembling equipment and structures, requiring physical fitness and stamina to meet the physical demands of the job. During Event Support: Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain customer structures to an *immaculate standard* during events, ensuring cleanliness and operational upkeep throughout the duration. 24/7 Security Support Provide constant security support, preventing unauthorised access to customer structure and/or equipment/ assets to include race bases / trailers etc. and maintaining a safe, secure environment for clients and staff. Customer Support & Administration Offer high-quality customer support and handle administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. Working Away Be prepared to work away from home for up to 14 weeks at a time, traveling to various event locations as part of the team. Commitment to F1 Calendar Commit to the full F1 calendar working away from home from but not limited to: 1st May to Mid-September annually, working during event weekends and off-season preparation. LGV CE License (Essential) A valid LGV CE licence Tramping (Out of F1 Season) After the Formula 1 season, candidates are required to participate in Class 1 tramping, undertaking general haulage driving duties which will involve delivering and collecting to RDC’s along with general haulage delivering for customers.
