We are looking for an Operations Manager to join us at Huws Gray Inverness.
Our Depot in Inverness is well-known for the supply of above and below-ground drainage and civil engineering materials. However, we are keen to establish the supply of general building materials, so this role would be perfect for someone who has some industry experience and is looking for an exciting new opportunity.

We rely on our Operations Managers to maximise sales opportunities by growing our sales and customer base and delivering an excellent service! Working in one of our branches, you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.

1. Building great relationships with our customers
2. Understanding customer needs, and providing accurate quotes, following up on enquiries and developing sales leads
3. Using your product knowledge to offer solutions to our customers to increase sales and margin
4. Keeping up to date with any relevant paperwork and administration

We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as an Operations Manager, however, previous experience in a similar industry, or a good knowledge of building materials would be a benefit for this role.
