We are actively sourcing a top-tier Registered Nurse to deliver bespoke, 1:1 medical care for a highly distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This role empowers you to practice uncompromising, concierge-level medicine while cruising an exclusive Mediterranean itinerary, navigating breathtaking waters toward destinations like Capri, Formentera, and the Dalmatian Coast.

The Team World-class care demands a world-class environment. You will integrate into a fully resourced, multidisciplinary medical team permanently stationed onboard. The overarching clinical strategy is directed by our Lead British Doctor, and you will collaborate seamlessly with expert Physiotherapists alongside a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing unit.

The Safety Uncompromising patient safety and the well-being of our clinicians are our operational priorities. A strict double-nurse shift system is permanently enforced. This critical framework guarantees that you are never operating in isolation during acute medical scenarios, ensuring immediate clinical peer support and promoting fatigue-free, sustainable rotations at sea.

Requirements

Requirements To be shortlisted for this elite maritime medical position, candidates must demonstrate:

* Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

* Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of intensive, high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly ICU, ER, or A&E backgrounds).

* Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Non-negotiable for seamless clinical documentation and patient communication).

* Attributes: Unwavering discretion, clinical confidence in dynamic environments, and a polished bedside manner suited for high-net-worth individuals.
