JOB : Maintenance Engineer
LOCATION : Dudley
TERM : Permanent
SALARY : GBP 30,000 : GBP 36,000, dependent on experience
My client is a Manufacturer in the metal processing and machinery industry. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Dudley on a permanent basis.
The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
: Time Served Apprenticeship in Engineering / Manufacturing
: Experienced working in Food Manufacture ideally
: A confident Electrical and Mechanical skillset
: A solid understanding of commercial electrical work
: An Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ / HNC / HND / BTEC / Degree qualification would also be beneficial
: Excellent organisational and communication skills
: Proven ability to work effectively in a team
: A flexible and proactive attitude towards work
The Maintenance Engineer role will involve:
: Being proactive in ensuring the smooth running of all equipment and building maintenance
: PPM and breakdown avoidance
: Ensuring documentation is maintained, site reviews are managed and Health and Safety standards are met
: Overseeing the maintenance budget and stock control
: Ensuring efficiency and a high standard of work is met throughout the site
: Working with others and being an excellent team player
