About Our Nursery
Located in Picket Twenty, Andover, our nursery is rated Good by Ofsted and accommodates 72 children in four bright, unique rooms tailored to meet diverse needs. We care for children aged from 3 months to 5 years, making us an excellent choice for families preparing for school. Our nursery is well-connected to the local community, featuring visits from the fire and police departments, and is conveniently situated near Pilgrims Cross Primary School. Plus, we offer free parking for staff, ensuring easy access during drop-offs and collections.

Role Responsibilities
What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development and care needs while building strong family connections.
Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
* Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver engaging activities.
