Job Title: Regional Quality Assurance Manager – Nursing Homes Location: South West based Salary: £70,000-£75,000 plus package Full-time, Permanent About the Role Purosearch are working with a well respected care provider who are expanding across the South West, they specialise in elderly and dementia nursing and residential homes. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Quality Assurance Manager to support and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of nursing and residential homes in the South West of England. This is a senior, influential role working closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure services consistently meet and exceed CQC standards and deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
