Key Responsibilities:
As Head of Department you will:
* Lead, develop, and inspire a talented team of lecturers and trainers within the department.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across study programmes, adult learning, and apprenticeships.
* Shape and innovate our curriculum offer to meet employer needs and industry reforms.
* Drive learner retention, achievement, and progression, ensuring every learner reaches their true potential.
* Collaborate with cross-college teams and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience for learners and employers.
* Monitor and improve quality standards, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
