Job Description
Are you a master planner with a knack for organisation? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges? We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Scheduler to be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations!
We’re a fast-growing team committed to excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service. Our teams maintain our diverse property portfolio across South West Wales – and we need your scheduling superpowers to keep everything running like clockwork.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and schedule all building maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
2. Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and managers to optimise resources and minimise downtime.
3. Manage maintenance schedules using advanced software and tools, ensuring efficient workflow.
4. Track maintenance requests, prioritise urgent tasks, and communicate with tenants.
5. Analyse maintenance trends and recommend improvements to scheduling processes.
Requirements
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
* Experience with maintenance scheduling software (e.g., Total Mobile/Connect platforms).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Previous experience in building maintenance or facility management is a plus.
Additional Information
We offer excellent terms including an annual leave allowance starting at 28 days plus bank holidays and additional days for long service (pro-rata), along with comprehensive training.
