Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative and paralegal support to fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing department
* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Managing client files from instruction to completion
* Conducting searches and handling enquiries
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
* Managing diaries, appointments and key dates
* Assisting with post-completion matters
About You
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
