We’re now looking for a strategic, creative, and values-driven communications professional to join our small but mighty team as our new Head of Communications and Marketing. What you’ll be doing This is a rare opportunity to influence how flexible working is understood and adopted across Scotland. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer – shaping our vision and voice, and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety: one day you’ll be developing our marketing strategy and brand positioning, the next you’ll be writing copy for a campaign, refreshing the website, or sending out our newsletter. You’ll have full ownership of the function, plenty of scope to be creative, and the opportunity to directly see the impact of your work on the growth of the business and wider use of flexible working.
