We’ve got a rare opportunity for a confident, experienced HLTA to join a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Bristol.
This is a part-time role (2 days per week), perfect if you’re looking for flexibility but still want to play a key role in school life.
What’s the role?
You’ll be covering PPA and stepping into classes when needed, keeping learning on track and pupils engaged. Alongside this, you’ll have the chance to plan and deliver targeted interventions that genuinely move learning forward.
It’s a varied role, one day you might be leading a class, the next you’re working with a small group to build confidence or close gaps. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what keeps it interesting.
