A well established Brighton organisation is looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Job Description
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:* Credit Card expenses* Recording monthly income* Reconcile control accounts* Processing purchase ledger including support with prepayments and accruals* Processing journals where required* Maintain Fixed Asset register with depreciation* Month end/year end duties as required
The Successful Applicant
3. Strong excel
4. Previous knowledge of working in a busy accounting function/team
5. Systems - Sage, Xero, Zoho or Quickbooks
