Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
* Provide exceptional patient care by welcoming patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Ensure the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment to uphold safety standards.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels during procedures, providing support as needed.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote overall dental health.
* Collaborate with the dental team to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices relevant to dentistry.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards is essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
