Multi Trade Operative Required - Plymouth
Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Plymouth to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of maintenance work. Work patch will be Plymouth and surrounding area.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday and bank holidays. (salary dependent on qualifications and could increase after probation)
Responsibilities
* All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
* Completing a variety of works in various trades
* Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
* Able to rip out and refit full kitchens and bathrooms
* Driving a company van safely
* Reporting to your supervisor
* Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease
Requirements
* Good multi trade experience
* Previous experience working within social housing
* NVQ or equivalent in a trade i.e. Carpentry or Plumbing
* Good attitude
* Honest and reliable
* Full UK driving license
* DBS will be done for successful candidate
