The Supply Register is working in partnership with The Prospere Trust to recruit a committed and experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with an at Prospect House in Blackley. This role is available for a January start and will run for the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The Role Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs, in accordance with their EHCP Support both their academic progress and social–emotional development Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to deliver personalised strategies Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment About You Proven experience supporting SEN pupils 1:1 within a primary school setting Strong understanding of SEN approaches, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or emotional/behavioural challenges Calm, patient and adaptable, with strong communication skills Able to build effective relationships with pupils, staff and parents A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable Why Join Us?
