You Company:An exciting opportunity within a growing HVAC business has become available for a Sales Account Manager to support the team in the London and Southeast of England. As a business experience excellent success, and as a result high levels of growth, the business is keen to develop their sales and account management function, in order to ensure they can continue to deliver the high levels of customer service and care that they are known for.The position holder will be joining an established team to support the accounts in that area. You will be the main point of contact for customers on a daily basis and will proactively seek opportunities to gain new business or develop opportunities within the existing accounts to further promote the business' services and offerings.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
1. Managing an assigned portfolio of accounts, nurturing long term business relationships to promote further opportunities for sales
2. Promoting an increase in sales for areas of installations, maintenance and repair work with new and existing clients
3. Becoming the main point of contact for customers for queries and to address their needs and how the business can address these
