What you will be doing: Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained for your areas of responsibility Strategize on new products and service offerings Implement upsell incentives for the department Create unforgettable experiences for our guests Attend guest requests and anticipate needs Manage staff recruitment Attend to complaints Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions Adhere to and be trained in liquor laws and regulations Responsible for keeping payroll in line Responsible for forecasting and reviewing the P&L Other duties as assigned
