Your RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to lead the evolution of our global CRM platform. You’ll be the go-to expert for all CRM matters, driving innovation, ensuring data integrity, and supporting users across the organisation. This is a pivotal role connecting our prospects, students, and alumni through a seamless Salesforce experience.
1. Be our subject matter expert for all CRM matters
2. Develop the roadmap for the platform and own key projects
3. Play a pivotal role connecting our prospect, student, and alumni contact information
4. Administrate, maintain, and further develop the Global CRM platform and its connected applications, ensuring high data quality
5. Maintain the customer database
6. Own the operational process for the platform
7. Provide training to new joiners and existing users, and create ad hoc training documents
8. Manage the global CRM support service to assist internal and external users.
About You
A Salesforce Administrator Certified professional with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You’ve successfully implemented and integrated substantial system improvements and are confident working with Flows or Workflows. Familiarity with integrations such as Aircall, Conga, and Document Extractor, as well as Education Data Architecture, is highly desirable.
Your process-driven, highly organised, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Your flexible and approachable attitude, combined with strong problem-solving abilities, makes you a valuable team player. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in a foreign language, French preferred is a bonus.
