We are seeking a Sales Consultant to partner with a Sales Manager to convert enquiry into move in across our Sydney villages. This role balances empathy with commercial focus, supporting customers through considered, often emotional decisions. This is a full time 6 month maximum term position. What you will do: Manage the customer journey from enquiry to reservation, driving conversion Deliver engaging village tours and tailored presentations (in-person and virtual) Partner with Sales Manager and Sales Hub to progress leads and remove barriers Build trust with residents and families through clear, compassionate communication Maintain momentum through proactive follow-up in longer decision cycles Work across multiple villages and maintain accurate CRM pipeline visibility Why Join Us?
