Job Description
3. Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational goals.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
6. Collaborate with department heads to manage expenditure effectively.
7. Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy.
8. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Support audits by coordinating with external auditors and preparing required documentation.
10. Supervise and mentor team members within the accounting and finance function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance: ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
12. Experience in financial reporting and compliance.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
14. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
