Chef de Partie – DM Kineton£15.55 per hour | 37 hours per weekContract: 5 days over 7 | 1 weekend in 5 We are looking for a skilled and dependable Chef de Partie to join our catering team at DM Kineton. This role offers structured hours, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality meals within a professional kitchen setting. You will be part of a team of 11, contributing to daily service and maintaining excellent standards across all meal periods. Service Times Breakfast: 06:30 – 08:00 Lunch: 12:15 – 13:15 Evening Meal: 17:00 – 18:30 Shift Patterns Early Shift: 05:30 – 14:00 Late Shift: 10:30 – 19:00 Weekend Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 Working 1 weekend in 5 on a rota basis. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present meals to required service and Company standards. Take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency and quality. Support day-to-day kitchen operations and service delivery. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety. Assist with stock control, food rotation, and allergen management. Work collaboratively with the wider catering team to ensure smooth service. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Culinary qualifications desirable (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexible, reliable, and able to work early, late, and weekend shifts. Passion for delivering quality food and service.
