Our client based in High Wycombe requires a temporary candidate to start asap to support during a period of staff absence. The position will be on a temporary basis for approx. 1 month. Hours will be full time Monday to Friday and 100% office based. Plenty of free parking on-site.
We are looking for someone administrative with a strong financial acumen.
Ideally the candidate should have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Key functions would be to:
* Process customer purchase orders from order stage, through to invoicing using our Sage software package.
* Check all accounts matters relating to a project, including account status, billing, and payments.
* Sage housekeeping - Maintain promised dates, up to date credit information & customer account status.
* Liaise between other internal teams within the business.
* Liaise with customers daily to ensure their expectations are fully met and our products are delivered on time.
* Assist the Supply Manager and other Managers with administrative duties.
