As the company continues to scale globally, they're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of a portfolio of intelligent monitoring and analytics products.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of software, analytics, and connected hardware solutions
- Work directly with customers to understand operational challenges, validate opportunities, and uncover new areas for innovation
- Translate market and customer insight into clear product requirements and priorities
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
- Drive product delivery from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation
- Define and track product success metrics, using data to continuously improve adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes
- Support go‑to‑market activities including positioning, pricing, product training, and customer enablement
- Build business cases for new products, features, partnerships, and market opportunities
- Manage product lifecycle activities including new product introductions and future roadmap planning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management
- Proven track record delivering successful B2B technology products
- Experience working across software and hardware product environments
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable balancing technical complexity with commercial priorities
- Experience with AI, analytics, Industrial IoT, SaaS, or connected devices would be highly advantageous
- Background within industrial technology, engineering, energy, manufacturing, utilities, or asset‑intensive sectors is desirable
