What You’ll Do:
Step into a thriving market and build your own desk within one of the UK’s most dynamic sectors. As part of Yolk’s specialist Technology & Digital division, you’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, partnering with innovative start-ups, household names, and everything in between.
You’ll develop and nurture long-term client relationships, offer consultative hiring strategies, and bring top tech talent into high-impact roles. Whether you're growing an existing vertical or breaking into a new one, you’ll have the support, training, and autonomy to truly make it your own.
What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with a proven track record of success (can be either contract or perm desk)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates
* A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding results
* Confidence in managing your own workload and driving your desk forward
* A genuine interest in the Technology & Digital space—or experience within it
