Senior Corporate Receptionist & Office Manager for Asset Manager
Boutique asset management company based in the West End currently has a new opportunity for a Corporate Senior Receptionist & Office Manager to come on board and oversee the smooth running of the office, provide a 5 star service on reception ensuring a welcoming environment and that all needs are catered for in a professional manner
* 2 - 3 days per month working from home.
* Working alongside one other receptionist and being part of the admin team

Duties and responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for ensuring the reception area is immaculate at all times.
2. Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are catered for.
3. Ensuring that meeting rooms are set up for meetings as well as being kept neat and tidy at all times.
4. Answering telephone calls transferring or taking messages.
5. Providing refreshments and lunches for meetings.
6. Managing couriers and deliveries.
7. Ordering stationery and maintaining stocks.
8. Ordering drinks supplies and ensuring that the kitchens are well stocked.
9. You will also provide admin support to various teams such as printing and binding documents.
