Governance Officer Role
We are seeking a Governance Officer to support and deputise for the Deputy Company Secretary by providing comprehensive company secretarial and governance support across L&Q.
The successful candidate will help ensure that the L&Q Group maintains a robust approach to corporate governance through delivering exceptional administrative and company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with organisational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
This role specifically involves providing independent advice and servicing to committees and officer governance groups delegated to this position.
The ideal candidate must possess:
* Highly developed administrative skills within a company secretary environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of producing quality minutes and materials.
* Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* An understanding of organisational compliance.
