Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
* Develop and lead brand strategy for EMEA initiatives, ensuring alignment with local priorities and business targets.
* Gain deep insights into local consumer trends and cultural nuances to effectively support marketing efforts.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to create insightful briefs that inspire creative narratives using both internal and external data sources.
* Drive the creation and execution of innovative campaigns that resonate with local culture while achieving business metrics.
* Partner with the EMEA insights team to manage Analytics & Learning Agendas, demonstrating marketing ROI for both short and long term.
* Foster transparency and alignment by communicating effectively with stakeholders and teams.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, including Global Marketing, Creative, and Media, alongside external agency partners.
Qualifications
* Experience in brand strategy and/or marketing for consumer-facing brands in the EMEA region.
* Proven track record in developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for established brands.
* Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing without formal authority.
* Experience in leveraging insights and analytics for effective marketing.
* Skilled in creating bold, measurable integrated marketing campaigns, particularly in social media.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in a geographically-dispersed, multi-disciplinary environment for strategy development and execution.
* Background in marketing for consumer technology brands within the EMEA.
* Understanding of the CE Retail Channel environment in the EMEA.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
* Excellent communication skills, articulating marketing’s strategic role effectively.
* A creative mindset, capable of inspiring agency partners to produce standout marketing communications.
