Responsibilities:
* Initiate contact with customers
* Interact with visitors and seek opportunities to increase sales at all customer touchpoints, enhancing the customer experience
* Combine a Customer First approach with store tasks
* Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cash desk, fitting room, on the floor, and other interaction areas
* Work towards both store and individual goals
* Develop personal skills and contribute to a positive working environment
* Collaborate with colleagues, giving and receiving constructive feedback
* Act according to Lindex values and steering documents
* Continuously improve working methods
* Share information to reach the best results
During the absence of the Store Sales Manager, act as a stand-in to ensure smooth store operations.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Work with daily store planning and operations to ensure efficiency
* Plan and follow up on daily team activities
* Make business-oriented decisions to secure sales
During longer absences, duties may include:
* Rostering work schedules
* Sending payroll information
