You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care and will work flexibly supporting the team to deliver high quality integrated care.

Location: Nottingham West, with mixed rural and urban areas and nearby attractions such as Sherwood Forest and Nottingham City.
Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care and integrated care to patients in their homes and clinic settings.
* Specialise in wound care, palliative care, continence care and long‑term condition management.
* Facilitate the prevention of unnecessary hospital admission/re‑admission by reducing the effects of ill health and disability.
* Work flexible shifts (service operates 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week). Additional evening and night Nursing team available.
* Participate in a robust induction and competency‑based development package.
Qualifications
* Registered adult nurse (Band 5 level).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adaptable, reliable, resourceful and approachable.

Fixed‑Term Position
Band 5 Staff Nurse for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working hours 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, with flexible shift options.
DBS and Application Details
Applicants must pay for their DBS check. The cost (£26.40 standard or £54.40 enhanced) will be deducted from salary over the first two months of employment. DBS Update Service enrolment is encouraged, with an annual fee of £16 per year.
