Alder Ward is a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) currently recruiting Six Health Care Support Workers.
Shifts include long days and nights, as well as weekends and bank holidays, arranged on a rota basis and confirmed in advance by the Ward Manager.
Successful candidates will become part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high standards of care to adults with complex mental health needs within the Cardiff and Vale area.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Previous experience in a PICU setting is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
