We are looking for a Brand Communications Executive to join our passionate team. You will be responsible for the brand strategy for a particular brand or set of brands across all communications, ensuring the brand remains recognizable, current, and engaging to customers. This includes managing communication for banners such as B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama, etc.
What’s the job?
1. Plan communication activities for range reviews, integrating inputs from product category strategies, brand growth plans, and marketing activities, informed by group insights, competitor benchmarking, and sales data.
2. Develop an ideal brand message that resonates with target customer needs and the value proposition of the offer.
3. Collaborate closely with the brand manager and creative teams to develop a strong brand image.
4. Communicate the brand promise effectively across all customer touchpoints.
5. Ensure all brand communications for banners drive commercial performance.
What you'll bring
1. Experience in a product brand communication role.
2. Proven ability to create and implement communication plans.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
