Role Overview
This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may impact the ENSEK's financial stability, reputation, operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy and policy: Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
* Rick Management Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework that aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals.
* Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify, analyse, and prioritise potential risks across the organisation, including financial, operational, and internal compliance risks. Develop and implement plans to mitigate these risks.
* Risk monitoring: Identify, document, monitor and implement mitigations for key risks. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of controls.
* Compliance and reporting: Ensure the organisation complies with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior leadership and committees.
* Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with and advise senior management, C-suite executives, and board members on risk issues. Build strong relationships with other departments to integrate risk considerations into business operations.
* Risk Reporting: Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
* Policy Development: Establish and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver risk management training programs and workshops to enhance risk awareness and capability across the organisation.
* Continuous improvement: Foster a culture of risk awareness throughout the organisation and drive continuous improvement of risk management processes.
