Sales Ledger Officer - 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
30.5 hours per week
Basildon
£25,000-26,900 per annum FTE (£13-14.00 per hour)
We are recruiting for maternity cover for a well-established and market-leading business in West Wales!
You will need a high level of accuracy, superb attention to detail, and excellent communication skills as you will handle a high volume of financial data and liaise with customers, clients, and colleagues across the business. Working as part of the transactional finance team from their well-appointed office, your duties will include:
* Acting as the initial point of contact for customer sales inquiries
* Raising sales invoices
* Raising credit notes
* Supporting audit processes and month-end procedures
* Liaising with customers and sales teams to resolve pricing issues and invoicing queries
To be eligible, you should have experience in a finance-related role, with training available for strong administrators with invoicing exposure or financial training such as AAT or bookkeeping courses.
This role is 100% office-based.
