Fame Recruitment Consultants is a well-established recruitment agency based in North West London, and we’re excited to be growing our team! We are currently looking for a personable and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our consultants and play a key role in our continued success.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment administration who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with a Recruitment Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing a variety of vacancies across multiple business sectors
* Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
* Conducting candidate interviews and building strong relationships
* Coordinating interviews and liaising with clients and candidates
* Supporting recruitment marketing and social media initiatives
* Handling general administration throughout the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment or administrative role
* Degree educated
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with excellent organisational abilities
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to grow in a supportive team environment
