Role: Welder
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Hours: 40 hours, 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.
Pay: £16-£18ph
We are looking for an experienced MIG welder for a company who is an engineering specialist in Haverhill, Suffolk.
This is a permanent opportunity offering an excellent hourly rate with the opportunity for further salary increases after your probation period.
Welder duties include:
1. MIG welding heavy gauge 10mm+
2. Reading engineering (CAD) drawings
3. Fabrication and use of various machinery such as drills, saws, grinders, etc.
4. Stripping down & fitting of products
Skills & Experience:
1. Experience MIG welding (minimum 2 years)
2. Welding apprenticeship / qualification would be an advantage
3. Previous fabrication experience
4. Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable
5. Common sense and looking to progress within a company
