What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you won’t be starting from scratch.
You will:
* Consult: Manage and grow established accounts within the booming renewable energy sector.
* Grow: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand your portfolio.
* Source: Use our advanced internal database and premium job boards to find top-tier talent.
* Collaborate: Work alongside our dedicated delivery team to manage the full candidate lifecycle.
* Mentor: Share your expertise with junior staff as part of your own leadership development.
