A busy and growing architectural project management practice is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based team. The ideal candidate is intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with strong experience in Xero, and willing to take on office management responsibilities.
The Role:
This role involves both financial and administrative support, including maintaining accurate financial records using Xero, handling invoices and expenses, supporting month-end processes, overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post/couriers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio for guests and team members.
Must Haves:
* At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience or relevant qualification with practical exposure
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
* Highly organized with strong communication skills
* Calm, efficient, and confident in managing competing priorities
