Morgan McKinley is working for a company located on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex and is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join the Sales Support – Customer quotation and order management team. The role will provide excellent customer service by handling client queries, sales quotations, checking customer orders, updating the systems, performing sales administration and supporting the sales/account management team.
Salary: up to £32K
Location: Office based Mon‑Fri, Horsham area. Own transport required due to rural location. Parking available.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Mon‑Fri
Sales Support Administrator duties
* Support Account Managers in servicing customer accounts
* Process customer quotations and sales orders
* Monitor and update the sales database
* Perform sales administration tasks
* Answer and service incoming calls from clients regarding quotations, orders, and pricing
* Maintain strong customer relationships and high levels of service
Skills and experience
* Proven experience in a similar Sales Admin support, Quotation/Order Management, or customer sales support role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Good IT skills
