Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Chelmsford, Essex Start Date: ASAP depending on vetting time Hours: (potentially more depending on the role) About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across a range of abilities and year groups. You’ll assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help manage classroom behaviour, and provide tailored support to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed. Requirements: Experience working with children is desirable, but we also welcome applications from candidates with transferrable skills (e.g., youth work, coaching, care, customer service). Must hold a Grade C/4 or above in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Must have a child-only enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one prior to starting.
